The service receives Start Strong Funding which aims to improve affordability of early childhood education and increase the number of children participating for 600 hours in a quality early childhood education program in the year prior to school. 

Families that hold a Health Care card, Pension card or who identify as ATSI receive additional equity funding to reduce barriers to preschool access where the child is aged 3 or over.

3 year old children( non –equity) receive a percentage of the base rate which is calculated on the services SEIFA band ( Socio-Economic Index for Area).

FREE RESOURCE PACK  

The preschool was successful in obtaining a grant which will provide all children that are eligible for the equity fee with a resource pack in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.  On enrolment, children will receive a school bag, lunch box and drink bottle at no cost to the family.
